Step 2: Ship with Label
Once approved, we’ll email you a shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

We'll email a billable return label within 24 hours. Shipping costs will be collected when you drop off the package. Any import duties charged by Chinese customs must be paid by you.

• Time Limit: Request within 48 hours of delivery
• Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items during shipping.
