Thank you for your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us at service@yoomuu.com to begin the return/exchange process. We’ll issue a full refund or resend the product once the return is completed, provided the return is made within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after 30 days will not be eligible for return or exchange.

What Is a Legitimate Return /exchange?
Please note: If your return/exchange does not meet the following conditions, a refund may not be approved.
- The return/exchange is initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Please confirm that you can provide us with a trackable return/exchange shipping number after shipping the product.
- The product, including all accessories, packaging, instructions, and labels, must be in original condition.
- You have contacted our after-sales team and confirmed that your return or exchange request is valid before returning the product.
- Please confirm that you have received the return address from customer service.
What Is An Ineligible Return/Exchange?
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for items damaged or lost due to customer handling.
Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted if requested more than 30 days after delivery.

- Prepare the Item
After your return/exchange is confirmed and you have the address for you to ship your products, please make sure it meets the above conditions outlined in "What is a Legitimate Return?".
- Ship the return and share tracking number
Share your tracking number with our team, and keep your shipping receipt and tracking number for reference. Adding a label with your name and order number on the package can help speed up the refund process.
- Wait for processing
We will quickly confirm your return condition, process your return, and issue a refund. Please note, it may take 3-4 business days on average to process the refund.

Who Pay The Returning/exchanging Shipping Cost?

If the product is in its original condition and there are no defects or errors (e.g., the item simply no longer meets your needs), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
