Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:
• The request must be made within 30 working days of receiving the item.
• The product must be in new condition and securely packaged—ideally in its original packaging.
• If the original packaging is unavailable, repackage the item securely and take photos for insurance purposes.
• If the item was damaged during shipping, please include clear photos of the damage, we will give a refund .

Custom orders are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding. If there are any quality issues or damages caused during shipping, we will remake the item and ship a replacement to you at no additional cost.

 

Resend but Not Return:

• Items defects caused during delivery process is not refundable. In this case, please send include clear photos of the damage, we will give a resend a product replacements to your address.

 

Return Process

Step 1: Email service@yoomuu.com with info below for request approval:
• Order number
• Photo/video proof
• Reason for return
We’ll review your return request and confirm eligibility within 2 working days. and provide you with a detailed response to your request.

Step 2:  Ship with Label
• Once approved, we’ll email you a return label and instructions on how to send your package.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges under certain conditions to ensure a smooth and fair process for all customers. 

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, we’ll glad to replace and send it at no extra cost. We apologize for the inconvenience and will handle the issue directly with the shipping carrier. Please email us at service@yoomuu.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We’ll arrange a prompt replacement and provide you with the tracking information once it ships.

Exchanges Are Not Accepted
• Once an item has shipped, we can no longer process exchanges. If you wish to make changes after shipment, please follow our return process instead.
• Customized furniture orders cannot be exchanged once production has started due to the personalized nature of the item. 

Exchange Timeframe
You may request an exchange before your order ships, or within 30 working days after receiving your item.

Return Shipping Costs

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Return shipping costs vary based on the reason for return.

We Cover Return Shipping When:
• Furniture arrives damaged or incorrect
• There are manufacturing defects
A prepaid return label will be emailed within 24 hours. Please attach it to the package before returning.

Customer Cover Return Shipping When:
• When customer changed mind, and the furniture has no quality issues.
• Customer ordered the wrong size or color.

We'll email a billable return label within 24 hours, shipping costs will be collected when you drop off the package. (Please attach return label to the package before returning.)

 

Package Lost

If your package is lost in transit, we’ll promptly contact the carrier to locate it. If the package can’t be found, we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost. Please note that refunds are not available in such cases.

 

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned items, it will take up to 2 working days for us to process the refund. You will receive a refund confirmation from us as soon as it's issued.


Refund

For PayPal account holders, it may take up to 3 working days for the transaction to appear on your account.
For credit card refunds, it may take between 7-15 working days for the transaction to be completed.
For Google Pay, your refund has been processed via Google Pay. Depending on your original payment method, it may take 3–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement. If you have any concerns, please contact your bank or card issuer directly.
For Apple Pay, depending on your original payment method, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. You can track the status in your Wallet app or by checking with your card issuer.
