We currently deliver only to the contiguous United States, which includes the 48 states that are geographically connected to each other and Washington, D.C. We do not offer shipping to non-contiguous states or U.S. territories.

Order Processing Time

3-5 working days.

Order processing time is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when Yoomuu hands the order over to the delivery service. 

Generally, your furniture will be shipped within 3-5 working days, of order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends or holiday might experience delay. Please note: For customized orders, additional processing time is required, and we will provide an estimated lead time upon order confirmation.

 

Transit Time

We offer standard shipping on all orders. Your furniture will be carefully shipped via international carriers and delivered to your doorstep by reliable couriers such as FedEx, USPS. 

Please allow approximately 20-25 working days for delivery, considering the time it takes for the shipping company to pick up the item from our warehouse and deliver it to your location.


Order Cancellations

We accept cancellations if the order has not yet shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. A full refund will be issued for any canceled order before dispatch.

For custom orders, we do not accept order cancellations once production has started.

 

Duties and Tax

There is NO sales taxes added at checkout, we include all costs upfront.

In seldom cases, orders may be charged the customs fees by your government, not our site, you will be responsible for the charges. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other. Contact your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes.

 

Will I be Compensated if there is a Shipping Delay?

We are working diligently with all involved parties to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. However, the only aspect we can control is the order processing time. Due to variations in furniture production or material processing cycles, delays within 3 working days are considered within a reasonable range, and we will notify you in advance via email.

  • For delays in processing time of 4–15 working days, we offer a $20 discount coupon as compensation.
  • For delays in processing time of 15–30 working days, we will provide a $50 discount coupon.
  • If your order is delayed by more than 30 working days in processing, you may request a order cancellation. (included customized order).

Once the order leaves our warehouse, we rely on third-party delivery services, to handle the transit. Any delays occurring during transportation, whether due to weather conditions, logistical issues, or other factors on the delivery side, are beyond our control. In such cases, Yoomuu will not be responsible for delivery delays. thank you for your understanding.

 

Shipping Information 

Customers are responsible for ensuring their contact information and delivery address are correct.
Change of Address
To request an address change, please contact us within 3–5 working days of completing your payment. Address changes can only be made before the package is handed over to the courier. Once the package is with the carrier, changes cannot be made.
Delivery Failure Caused by Customer
If delivery fails due to invalid contact information provided by the customer or refusal to accept the package, a handling fee of 50% of the order total (Order Total Price Ă— 50%) will apply.

 

How Is the Furniture Packaged?

For disassembled furniture, each part is wrapped in shock-absorbing foam to prevent shifting during transit and packed into a sturdy cardboard box. The box is reinforced with corner protectors on all eight corners to minimize the risk of damage.
For fully assembled furniture, we use a wooden outer frame to protect the cardboard box during transportation.

 

Package Lost and Damage

Yoomuu take full responsibility for the safety of your package and have optimized our packaging to minimize the risk of damage or loss during shipping. In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will promptly send a replacement at no additional cost.

However, please note that we ONLY offer replacements for lost or damaged items and DO NOT provide refunds for losses or damages caused by the carrier. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Tracking 

Your order tracking number will be sent to your email within 24 hours after the item has shipped. Please note that this may take longer during weekends or holidays.

Once you receive your tracking number, you can start tracking your shipment on the Order Tracking page.
