Will You Ship Worldwide? Which Markets Do You Ship To?

Currently, we ship only within the United States (But excluding remote areas such as Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands).

At this moment, we don't offer international shipping to locations outside of the U.S.

When Will You Ship My Furniture?

2-3 business days for in-stock items: If the product is in stock, we will ship within 2-3 business days.

6-8 business days for made-to-order items: These products require more time to craft. Please allow 6-8 business days for production before your item is shipped. Trust us—Yoomuu will make it worth the wait!

 

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

In-stock items: You can expect your order to arrive within 7 days.

Made-to-order items: Shipping for made-to-order pieces typically takes 21-31 business days, depending on your location and the size of the furniture. We’ll provide tracking details so you can follow your shipment’s progress.

 

What If My Order Is Delayed?

We understand how important it is to receive your furniture on time. If your order experiences any delays, we will notify you as soon as possible. In the unlikely event of significant delays, please feel free to reach out to us for updates on your shipment status.

 

Tax: Import Duties & Taxes?

All prices listed on yoomuu.com are inclusive of all taxes and duties, which means you won't have to pay any additional import fees or customs duties. We provide door-to-door delivery, and no extra charges will be required upon arrival.
